What is stored
- Normalized events from your connected sources (source, type, URL, timestamp, actor, title, and the raw source payload).
- Connector tokens, encrypted at rest.
- Notes extracted from your events.
- Briefings generated from your events.
Data boundary
The two functions below are the entire surface of what leaves this deployment for model inference.
Briefing prompt — toPromptEvent in apps/app/src/lib/briefings/model-client.ts sends, per event: id, source, type, url, timestamp, actor, title, actorKind, runId. It deliberately drops raw, the full source webhook/API payload — that field never reaches the model.
Notes prompt — toPromptEvent in apps/app/src/lib/notes/model-client.ts sends the same fields minus actorKind and runId.
Pending items (the "Needs you" section) — id, kind, url, title, and a precomputed staleDays.
Nothing else. No diffs, no file contents, no commit messages. Comment bodies are the one case worth calling out explicitly: a GitHub/GitLab comment's title field is its body text truncated to 500 characters (truncate() in lib/github/sync.ts / lib/gitlab/sync.ts) — that truncated text is what a title field carries into the prompt for a comment or *.note event type, same as any other event's title.
